The mould is very important, as it gives the, almost final shape of the item.
Let me explain how it works
For a product to become from an idea to reality, there are some steps:
The idea
The technical drawing along with the items characteristics
The mould (we will talk about in details next)
The casting
The final finishing
We are now in the point where you know what you want (we have a drawing) and we know the characteristics the item have to have. Next we have to make a mould concept, based on our studies (fluid dynamics, mechanics) and the experience with polyurethane systems.
After we have the concept of the mould, we can hand it over to a good company (we provide) who can execute the concept with the minimal tolerances possible.
