We have more than 20 years in the polyurethane field and a great cooperation with
an excellent testing laboratory, therefore we work with any of the existing
systems to obtain high quality final products: rigid, semi-rigid, non-expanded
(1200 kg/m3), expanded (90-1000 kg/m3), at hardness between 30 ShoreA - 55
ShoreD.
By completely understanding our clients’ industries, we are able to
provide our customers with solutions best suited for their own particular needs. We begin to gather information, from the drawing, from the properties needed and from the quantity needed to establish the raw material type and the moulds design. Second faze is the sample product casting then the actual production.

Suppliers have a hugely important role at every stage of the product lifecycle. From sourcing raw materials to helping ramp up production, and to finding better options for raw materials. WE have a very good relation with the POLYURETHANE raw material producer, who can provide us the best solution for the given task.
Also secondary materials have a big importance in production. Them too have to have a good quality for a good overall end result.
