Steps to achive a good quality product
After the test mould is made, we cast a series of samples, with the system we developed for the product. Comparing the results with the wanted results, we make small changes (or not) to the casting method or to the PU system.
Having the results we expected to, we go on to make the industrial trials in the final moulds.
Most of the items are produced with the high precision machines we have, but are some who needs a special care of a person or the quantities are so small that we have to cast them by hand.
The finishing is also an important faze in manufacturing is made by our semiautomatic machines controled by our skilled workers. These gives the product “the look”.
