It is important to have regular feedbacks from the clients. Is healthy to know that you are doing the right thing. Of course there is always a small possibility to mistake and our quality department, even if is well trained, to omit it. In this situation is good to know as early as possible to fix the problem.
For this reasons, but not only, we receive and conduct internal and external audits. We receive “visits” from the company who provided us the ISO 9001, 14001 45001 certificates and from the companies who we work for.
Also we make audits to the our suppliers.
